Administration

To administer your company’s site enter your administrator username and password that you set when the company was setup.

After login you come to a menu.  The first part of the menu allows you to administer the information on your company's site, while the items at the bottom allow you to update the look and feel of the site. Update Greeter Message, Policy and Video settings – This selection lets you change the company name, website, Greeter’s name and title, the Greeter’s message and also select the video mode you want employees ot use.  You can either let the choice up to the employees, or you can force them to use the storyboards or the video option.

Updating Company information - allows you to change the customized content for your site – simply change the items that you want to change and click on Update.

Changing the Look and Feel….  There are a number of ways the company can personalize the application.  The first is to update the colors… On each screen a table encases the questions or answers… You can control the color of the table background and the font color.  You can also set the background color for the area where your companies logo can be put. To update the colors, find the 6 digit codes from the color table provided, and click on Update.  The next screen will let you view the changes so you can update it again if needed.

One of the first pages that a user sees is a greeting by a senior executive in the company. Use the upload greeter photo button to upload a picture to the system… To do this, click on the browse button to find the file on your hard drive.. once you find it, click on Upload to upload it to the system…

The Greeter Picture file must either be in GIF or JPG format and The Greeter's Photo file should be a jpg or gif graphic and should be < 100 pixels wide by 100 pixels high to look good on the page. 

Updating the Signature of the greeter and the logo for the company works the same way…

The Greeter Signature file must either be in GIF or JPG format and must be less than 150 pixels wide.

The Logo Picture file must either be in GIF or JPG format and should be < 100 pixels wide by 60 pixels high to look good on the page. 

To preview the settings and files that you have uploaded, click on TEST to verify how your pages will look… This pops up a demonstration screen.
