Our proprietary technology platform collects testing data and models it in accordance with employer guidelines. The resulting on-line management reports can help employers not only document that critical training has taken place, but allows them to identify unwanted trends in the training and comprehension process before they result in claims. The result is a rich database of information confirming training and protecting the company interests. Our current Harassment and Discrimination product is marketed by prominent strategic partners in the legal education, insurance and HR management industries. Our internal marketing team helps these partners manage their sales process, in addition to targeting large employers and associations directly. This structure has allowed us to exponentially expand our exposure to the multitude of clients in need of compliance measurement solutions.
